I was born in the quiet, quaint & peaceful town of Johannesburg South Africa in the year ’88. It was so great growing up in that crazy kookoo place. I had all different types of experiences from living on a farm, to having a home in a well to do suburb. Only couple months old I had tried to munch down on a snake I found at the bottom of a massive Baobab. Somehow, survinging that moment I went on to do other great African things. I had climbed mountains and hiked the Fish River Canyon at the age of 8.  One of the youngest girls to ever do that, ever! At the age of 13 I had cycled the 94.7 cycle challenge, which for those of you who don’t know it’s about 95km. I actually finished which amazed my father who I had so elegantly crashed into at the beginning of the race, I continued the race with bleeding limbs, figuring I would just let it air dry.

Never being a A+ student, I had to figure out quickly what was my strength. Knowing I liked ideas, I went on to study at Vega School of Communications. But after all the blood, sweat and tears I scored an internship with a big multi-national agency who went on to hire me as an Art Director. To my surprise, one sunny day, I discovered my love for writing when I wrote a radio script and the Creative Director loved it! I was perfectly aware it wasn't shakespeare but it felt so natural.

In the year 2011, I made the best move yet. And that was to New York City, my love.  I took onto an adventure: travelling, writing, freelancing and my biggest passion equestrian polo. So here I am, a rough little bush baby in a tough concrete jungle. And boy am I loving it. So have a look around the site, and I always love to hear from any of you. Shout out if you would like to collaborate!
